I checked out your business site. That is definitely a business for entrepreneurs.
The 1-800-go-away did make me cringe, but honestly, I'm not surprised. The old customer-hostile company I worked at did a similar (but not quite as bad thing). They are a major appliance repair company and so when my water-heater broke I called them first. They wanted me to wait 24-48 hours for a contractor to call me back to schedule an appointment. As an insider I knew that it would be 3-4 days before I even talked to the people and probably a week after that before I actually got a repairman. Instead I hung up and defected to the competition.
Thanks for your comment. I have a lot of interests, which is why I do so many things. If I never had to work again, the only thing that would go away is mortgages. I'd still do everything else.
Sure, ebooks sell, but they are about a rare kind of jewelry making so the target market is very small. I don't use them to make a living. I sold a couple thousand in the first 4 years. I haven't actively been pursuing sales for the last 4 years. The ebooks are a way for me to claim credit for the style of jewelry work I do and establish that I was there first. That's the bulk of the reason they exist.
I won't spam your page ;)
have a great week
