The answer is becoming more important to companies, brands and individuals every day in understanding the spread of word of mouth. Although Twitter's micro-blogging premise is simple, it can be challenging to master. In this SWOM webinar, you'll learn the many nuances and uses of Twitter to help you become a Twitter Ninja.

What you'll learn:

  • How to use Twitter more effectively
  • Listening techniques
  • How to find the right audience
  • Engagement tool/ tactics
  • Resources for best practices

Ideal for:

Twitter newbies and relative newbies who want to get more out of Twitter and understand its importance in building relationships and spreading word of mouth.
