Twitter is today's fastest-growing social network, outpacing
Facebook's growth. Twitter is attracting companies and individuals
to answer, in 140 characters or less, the question: What are you
doing? The answer is becoming more important to companies, brands
and individuals every day in understanding the spread of word of
mouth. Although Twitter's micro-blogging premise is simple, it can
be challenging to master. In this SWOM webinar, you'll learn the
many nuances and uses of Twitter to help you become a Twitter
Ninja.
What you'll learn:
- How to use Twitter more effectively
- Listening techniques
- How to find the right audience
- Engagement tool/ tactics
- Resources for best practices
Ideal for:
Twitter newbies and relative newbies who want to get more out of
Twitter and understand its importance in building relationships and
spreading word of mouth.

himself at the intersection of marketing and technology because
that's where the fun is (and as he found out, where many of the job
opportunities reside). He earned his bachelor's degree from McGill
