I know for a fact that you do not want to give a well connected mom a bad coffee. Seems like negative news moves at warp speed in that group. Took me a year to get past a new persons mistake.
Exactly - with a seemingly constant stream of communication, the news (good or bad) tends to get through the ranks pretty fast. With that, if you give them a brand to talk about, you'd better make sure that the talk is positive.
